This paper presents the SM-WT100 series wireless temperature transmitter based on LoRa modulation, designed for long-range and low-power multi-node data acquisition in industrial environments. Utilizing a 3.6V lithium battery (9Ah or 19Ah), the transmitter integrates high-precision PT100, K-type, or S-type thermocouple sensors to meet diverse field requirements with an accuracy class of 0.5. It achieves a reliable transmission distance of 2–5 km in urban environments, allowing a single LoRa gateway to manage up to ten thousand nodes. Featuring an Exdb IIC T6 Gb explosion-proof rating, an IP66 protection grade, and a flexible monitoring cycle (4–12s or real-time), the SM-WT100 ensures high anti-interference capability and secure operation in harsh industrial telemetry and automation scenarios.
